Part 2, Day 1

What a great day! I woke up this morning and walked a mile, did 50 crunches and 10 pushups. I followed my meal plan and excercise plan EXACTLY!! However, I did get my heartrate up a little too high duirn spin class and ended up feeling faint and throwing up a little :-( But, I went back to class after and continued. I went a little slower and had light resistance, but I didn't stop! I'm scared though becasue it's always easy to be motivated on Day 1.
Here's my food for the day:

Here we go!! Part 2

Well, as you can tell, it's been awhile since I've posted. I wish I could say I stayed with it and just didn't post anything. The truth is I've actually gained 10 lbs. and totally fell off.
It started because I took a 2nd job to help pay for wedding costs. I would work later and didn't feel like going to the gym after. Then, wedding planning became busy. The days I didn't have to work both jobs, I was meeting with vendors or shopping for wedding stuff.
However, it is the new year, so a new year's resolution is needed. No surprise, it's losing weight. I think that has been my resolution every year. Could this be the year I accomplish it?
I'm starting Sparkpeople.com. It is a free website that tracks your nutrition, exercise, etc. I have chosen to start by using their meal plan. This way I know what I am eating is healthy and the correct portion. I told my fiance, "From now on, I'm only buying and cooking healthy items that are included in this plan. If you want something different, you need to buy it and cook it yourself." We'll see how that goes!
Tomorrow, I go back to work from being on Christmas break. Hopefully, it goes as planned.
I heard a lady on TV today. What she said really connected with me because I feel the same way. She said, "Every morning I wake up on a diet and every evening I go to bed a failure." I will not be a failure anymore!
